If you’re a metalhead and Metallica are in town, you don’t miss ‘em. And that’s the case in London this weekend, with James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich and co set for two dates at the Olympic Park’s London Stadium.
Just three UK cities are getting dates on Metallica’s M72 World Tour this summer (the other two were Glasgow and Cardiff), but the London dates are extra special. In the capital the thrash legends are doing a ‘no repeat weekend’: two dates with different setlists and their own support acts.
In other words, there’s no reason why you couldn’t see Metallica on both dates at the London Stadium this weekend (well, if you’ve got the cash).
Off to east London to see Metallica this weekend? Here’s everything you need to know about the gigs, from timings and potential setlists to remaining ticket availability.
