Tube strikes
Rail union the RMT has announced a series of strikes for London over the coming couple of weeks. The industrial action starts on September 5, and will affect both performance dates. On Sunday 7 some tubes will be running but there will be a limited service, TfL recommends completing all journeys before 6pm. On Monday there will be no service on any tube lines.
Don’t fret, because the Overground, buses, and the Elizabeth line will all still be running throughout the strikes – just expect them to be busier than usual.
Tottenham Hotspur stadium can be reached via an Overground (Weaver line) service to Seven Sisters and White Hart Lane. The service runs from Liverpool Street, which is on the Lizzie line. Read more about how to get around during the tube strikes here.
You can also get to Spurs from Northumberland Park station, which has Greater Anglia trains from Stratford.
